A flickering screen is not always down to hardware issue and there are users who have reported issue caused by updating windows 10.
The simplest way to fix this is to update all the necessary drivers for monitor including Norton Antivirus, iCloud, and IDT audio, which all can be responsible for causing these problems.
Windows 10 automatically updates the drivers, so there are chances it’s forcing an incompatible version of a driver onto the PC without realizing.
